If you would like the items shipped to the correct address, place a new order.
If you need to edit your order after you have already placed it, we will do everything we can to edit it for you, but if your order has already gone into the fulfilment process, we cannot edit it.  Please double check your items before placing your order.

Unfortunately not. If you need to make any changes to an order you'll need to cancel it and place a new order with the amendments already made.

How do I cancel my order?

If you've already placed your order you'll need to let us know by emailing enquiries@matchamandmary.com.  This must be done within 12 hours of the order being placed since after this time production may have begun.  In some instances it may be that production has already begun within the 12 hours, if this is the case we will be unable to cancel the order at this time too.  We will let you know either way and if the cancellation is successful we aim to refund the payment amount within 5 working days.

Our designs are printed directly onto the shirts in a process known as DTG (direct-to-garment) printing.  Direct-to-garment printing not only allows us to offer the most design colours, it is also far more sustainable than traditional screen printing.

Whilst rare, mistakes do occasionally happen so please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if you have received your order and there is damage, misprint or a fault with any items.  Simply emailenquiries@matchamandmary.comand include a photo and description of the fault, so that we may evaluate the issue and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

We are proud to confirm that our 100% organic cotton t-shirts are sourced from Stanley/Stella who produce over 99% of their production in Bangladesh.  Stanley/Stella is a premium clothing brand that’s eco-friendly with astrong social responsibility policy.  The products that aren’t organic cotton are made from recycled materials, and like us, they believe in building a better future for all.  Their footprint in the textile industry has contributed to the country's economic prosperity as well as the social advancement of its workers.  In parallel to this we’re committed to offering sustainable styles where no animal-based materials are used in the manufacturing or printing process.  The garment transformation is done in the UK using the latest DTG Kornit printers and uses only vegan friendly inks that are eco-friendly.  They're alsoOEKO-TEX®approved - they don't contain any regulated or unregulated chemicals harmful to the environment.
